No — and neither can anyone else. Meta does not publish budget, CPM or conversion data for commercial ads; only the owner of the ad account sees those figures, in their own dashboard. Everything Pulse shows comes from the public Ad Library: which ads are live, when they launched, and what they say.
The methodology comes from Mizen Digital's own advertising operations: we decide which signal is worth attention and which threshold counts as an anomaly. The data comes from the Meta Ad Library, and a language model working to that methodology writes the interpretation. The results are analytical estimates based on observed data, not established fact — Detective reports in particular are not an accusation, but a list of deviations worth a conversation.
