Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Mizen Pulse. By creating an account you accept them.

1. What the service does

Mizen Pulse is a software service that regularly scans public advertising archives, interprets what it finds using an AI model, and delivers the result to you as a briefing.

Data sources:

• Meta Ad Library (Facebook & Instagram advertising archive)
• Google Ads Transparency Center

All of these are published publicly by the platforms themselves. Pulse never accesses a private account, never connects to any advertising platform on your behalf, and collects no confidential data from anywhere.

2. The nature of the interpretations

What Pulse produces are analytical estimates based on observed public data. They are not established fact, and they are not accounting, legal or investment advice.

This applies with particular force to the audit reports in the Detective plan: a report is not an accusation against any person or company. It is a list of the differences between what was reported to you and what is observable in public sources. Those differences may well have innocent explanations. You must read the reports on that understanding, and you are responsible for how you use them — including any statement you make to a third party on the strength of one.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
• You may share the account with as many people as your plan's user limit allows.
• The account holder is responsible for everything done through the account, whoever signed in.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• bulk-extract, republish or resell the raw advertising data you obtain through Pulse,
• reverse-engineer the service, load it with automated tools, or attempt to circumvent access limits,
• use it to harass or defame anyone, or for any unlawful purpose.

Rights in the raw content from the ad archives (images, copy) belong to the advertisers and platforms concerned. Pulse grants you no licence over that content; what it provides is its own analysis layer.

5. Charges

Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payments are taken by Paddle.com Market Limited, which acts as Merchant of Record for these sales. Invoicing, tax and refunds run through Paddle.

We give at least 30 days' notice of a price change; if you do not accept it you can cancel before the renewal date. See the Refund Policy for refund terms.

6. Availability

We aim to run the service without interruption but do not guarantee 100% availability. Our data sources are third-party platforms; if they change their archives or restrict access, the corresponding part of the service may be affected. If that happens we will tell you and offer a pro-rata refund for the affected period.

7. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for the outcome of commercial decisions you take on the strength of Pulse's interpretations. Subject to the paragraph below, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.

8. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or close your account if you materially breach these terms; if we do, we refund the unused part of the period.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of İzmir have jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, EEA or UK, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
